All aboard, the Little Engine That Could takes passengers to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), and historic landmarks, picking up valuable knowledge at each stop.

Hampton University is one of the leaders in STEM research. A partnership between Hampton and NASA results in four satellites currently orbiting, providing valuable information that allows the U.S. to predict and analyze what is happening in the world and the atmosphere. Hampton is the only Historically Black College / University to have ever held such responsibility for NASA.

Hampton University educated Mary Jackson, NASA’s first Black female engineer.
